Service

1.1These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the RoASr online service (the "Service"), provided by SmartFlow LLC (ООО "СмартФлоу"), Republic of Belarus (the "Administrator"). 1.2By using the Service, including registering, paying for a subscription, or gaining access to its features, the User confirms that they have fully read the terms of these Terms and accept them in full.

1.3If the User does not agree with the terms of these Terms, the User must stop using the Service.

2.1The Service provides intangible digital goods and services: analytical tools, AI audit of ad accounts, a chat agent, competitor monitoring, report generation, and related service features.

2.2Materials and data provided through the Service may include:

• information from publicly available sources (including public ad libraries);
• analytical reviews, compilations, recommendations, and structured data;
• results of automated processing of data from the User’s connected ad accounts.

2.3The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service lies in the systematization, analysis, presentation, support, maintenance, and updates it provides, and not in the exclusivity of any individual piece of information.

2.4The Service does not claim or guarantee that individual elements of its materials are unique, exclusive, or unavailable outside the Service.

3.1The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.2The Administrator does not warrant:

• that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
• that any financial, commercial, professional, or other results will be achieved;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3The Administrator is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
• the consequences of the User’s use of the materials and recommendations obtained;
• acts or omissions of third parties, including advertising platforms and payment providers;
• temporary technical failures or access restrictions.

3.4All decisions on the use of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at the User’s own risk.

4.1The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2The User agrees to use the Service solely within the bounds of applicable law and the rules of advertising platforms and other third parties.

4.3Responsibility for the lawful use of the Service’s materials and services rests entirely with the User.

5.1All materials made available in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the Service’s materials without the rights holder’s permission.

5.3Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.

6.1The Administrator may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in the event of:

• a breach of these Terms;
• detected abuse;
• requirements imposed by law or payment providers.

6.2Restricting access does not release the User from obligations that arose before the restriction.

6.3The Administrator reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7.1Payment for the subscription and digital services is made on the terms specified in the Service prior to payment. Payment is available in cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) and fiat (SBP/ERIP/cards).

7.2Due to the intangible nature of the digital goods and services, no refund is issued once access has been granted, except in the cases specified below.

7.3A refund is possible only if:

• the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
• access to the digital good was not actually granted.

7.4To have a refund considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5The decision on a refund is made by the Administrator on a case-by-case basis.

7.6The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service’s support team.

8.1The Administrator may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

8.2The Administrator takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

9.1The Administrator may make changes to these Terms.

9.2The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.

9.3Continued use of the Service constitutes the User’s agreement to the updated terms.

11.1These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the law of the User’s country of residence.

11.2The parties will seek to resolve disputes arising from these Terms through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the manner established by applicable law.
