The prompt
Before you start, ask me about each [input] below — one question at a time, with ready-made answers to pick from; skip whatever you can already tell.
Find where [client: if not listed, call roasr_list_clients and let me pick] can grow Google Ads spend profitably, where more budget would be wasted, and what limits each campaign.
1. **Load the RoASr method.** Call roasr_load_skill('roasr_frame'), roasr_load_skill('google_search') and roasr_load_skill('profit_math') and follow them exactly.
2. **Frame the data.** Call roasr_limits, roasr_list_clients and roasr_list_accounts: plan, niche, margin, KPI, account currencies, sync status and dataSince. Use [window: last 30 days (default) | last 14 days | last 60 days | custom]. If the window starts before dataSince, say so and narrow it. If currency.mixed is true, never sum money across accounts; work account by account. Name any account whose sync is failed or never and draw no conclusions from it.
3. **Set the efficiency bar.** [efficiency bar: the client's KPI target (default) | break-even from margin | custom number]. Break-even is allowed only if the client has a margin set; otherwise say so and use the KPI target in CPA or ROAS.
4. **Measure efficiency.** roasr_metrics_campaigns, campaign level, limit 200: spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS. Classify campaigns by settings and what they actually do, not by name. Campaigns below the noise floor (too few conversions) get "not enough data".
5. **Find where demand is lost.** roasr_signals with kind google_impression_share, limit 200: impression share, lost IS to budget and lost IS to rank per campaign. Treat a campaign as budget-limited at lost IS (budget) of [min lost IS: 10% or more (default) | 20% or more | 5% or more | custom]. Each account is its own snapshot; do not merge payloads.
6. **Sort into four groups.** (A) budget-limited and efficient: the scaling candidates. (B) rank-limited: more budget will not help, the issue is bids or Quality Score. (C) budget-limited but over the efficiency bar: fix efficiency first, then scale. (D) high impression share already: the demand ceiling is near.
7. **Check competition and bidding.** roasr_signals with kind google_auction_insights, once for this window and once for the previous equal window: overlap and outranking show competition, not competitor spend, and a trend counts only if it holds in both windows. Then kind google_bidding: for target CPA or target ROAS campaigns with few conversions in the window (roughly under 30 per month), a bigger budget is not the lever; suggest consolidation or a simpler strategy. If a target strategy loses a lot of impression share to rank, the target may be too tight.
8. **Size the step.** For group A propose a modest step (about +10 to 20% of budget) and estimate the extra volume as an upper bound: the first lost impressions are the cheapest, and marginal CPA is higher than average CPA. Say what to watch for a week afterwards.
**Output:** open with one sentence — the best scaling candidate, the step you suggest and your confidence (high / medium / low). Then a table: campaign · spend · CPA or ROAS · lost IS (budget) · lost IS (rank) · bidding strategy · main competitor pressure · group (A/B/C/D). Then 3–8 actions grouped High / Medium / Nice-to-have, each with the expected effect as an upper bound.
**Output rules:**
- Recommendations only — never apply changes; RoASr tools are read-only.
- Say "we recommend raising by about N%", never "set the budget"; the decision is mine.
- A bigger budget on a target-based strategy with low conversion volume is a caveat to state, not a reason to scale.
- If the client has no margin set, talk ROAS and CPA, not profit.
